We"re delighted to announce the return of the ever popular WR8 family, in the form of the classic 2001 WRC Subaru Impreza, piloted to win the Driver"s Championship 20 years ago in 2001! Any rally fan will will recognise the illustrious blue and yellow livery as one of the most recognisable in the sport, and what better way to herald the return of HPI"s fan favourite rally platform than with a classic Subaru Impreza!

Underneath the officially licensed and famous replica Impreza body, the WR8 3.0 chassis is based on the HPI Bullet RC monster truck. This means it"s massively tough and can take a real beating on- or off-road! The WR8 3.0 is powered by an easy-to-use and powerful Nitro Star G3.0 HO engine with all-aluminum construction and 32,000 max RPM, delivering power through the same tough bevel gear differentials and fully ball bearing-supported 4WD shaft drivetrain of the Bullet monster truck. With authentic rally suspension geometry, oil-filled dampers and extra-thick sway bars you"ll have fabulous control on dirt or tarmac! Top it off with high-spec, soft compound tires and authentic rally wheels and you"ve got an instant head-turner in your hands!

The HPI Racing WR8 3.0 is crammed with features that enhance its durability anywhere you want to take it, including a high ground clearance, skidplate, foam front bumper, optimized rally-style suspension geometry, shock debris guards, mud deflectors on the chassis and much more. It"s the ideal machine to race your friends on RC Rally-style courses and multi-surface tracks, or anywhere you like!

Like all HPI Racing RTR (Ready-To-Run) cars, the WR8 3.0 is completely pre-built: all you have to do is add transmitter and receiver batteries, nitro fuel and you"re ready to start running in the engine!
